A Caravan Holiday Home is your chance to own a real home from home. The fully serviced Holiday Homes nestle in the most peaceful and sheltered part of Wood Farm making it the perfect retreat from a busy life.

The 2021 opening dates are 18th March until 31st October giving seven months open season. Most of the holiday homes are situated in an old orchard and are all connected to the main services. Six of the holiday homes are situated in our Ewe Turn area with lake views.

The pitch fees for the 2021 season

For a home up to 30ft long the fee is £2663.00
For a home 30ft or longer the fee is £3143.00
For holiday homes in the Ewe Turn area the fee is £4098.00

These figures include VAT, winterisation, rates, water, park maintenance, rubbish collection and electricity availability charge.
Electricity is individually metered.
Comprehensive insurance from £220 per year.

Yet another lovely stay at Wood Farm! We visit several times a year and are never disappointed! The site is beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. Lovely site

We stayed at the site for 7 nights and had a lovely pitch with beautiful views over the countryside. The cafe was closed due to Covid but that was not a big deal. All in all a lovely stay in a wonderful area, helped by glorious weather.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The park is in a beautiful rural setting with lovely views down across the valley to the surrounding hills. Excellent facilities which we found were clean and the block we used had individual shower/toilet rooms. The pool was clean and warm and next to a nice cafe that sold amazing cakes etc. The park staff were always friendly and helpful. The bonus for us was having two dog walking paddocks which also provided poop bags and bins and being able to walk from the park across farmland or down the road to Charmouth. We will definitely be back!

Just had a 4 night break on fully serviced pitch

Thank you to all the staff . The park is very clean and tidy . Private shower rooms clean and plenty of hot water. 2 nice dog fields. The cafe did nice food, and very friendly service. The pool was clean and a nice temperature for a dip well worth the small extra charge. It was a tiered park and hilly but the website did clearly state this, beautiful views. Would love to come back for a return visit. A 5 star park!
