Coronavirus (Covid – 19) advice

We will continue to monitor and update these pages as needed.

03/04/2020

We know that people may be concerned about Coronavirus (Covid-19), this is a fast-moving situation and we want to reassure you we are carefully monitoring the reports of outbreaks of coronavirus in our area.

We have taken the sad decision to delay the opening of Wood Farm. Wood Farm will remain closed until 30th June 2020.

The Caravan and Motorhome Club & The Camping and Caravan Club have also take the same decision.

We have taken this decision to help ensure Government advice on social distancing is followed, the government have also released this advice

COVID-19 essential travel guidance

Guidance and advice to avoid non-essential travel in the UK.
This guidance is for people planning to visit second homes or holiday premises during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays.
People should remain in their primary residence. Not taking these steps puts additional pressure on communities and services that are already at risk.

The safety and wellbeing of local communities, guests and staff is of paramount importance to us and we feel the move to remain closed until 30th June supports the recommendations issued by the Government.

We thank you for your patience and support during these challenging times.

If you have a booking with Wood Farm that is due to start before 30th June 2020 we will be contacting you in due course to offer a deferral of your dates or a credit note to be used against future bookings, valid until the end of 2021.

You can contact us via email – Please do not call Wood Farm we do not have the staff to be able to answer the phones at the moment

Please stay safe and well and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

See you on the otherside.
