We are currently full for Seasonal pitches for 2008 we do have a limited number of Mini Seasonal pitchs available

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2008 SEASONAL PITCHES  

OPENING DATES  13 MARCH TO 02 NOVEMBER 2008

TERMS

Full	Standard Pitch with electricity and awning space	£1350.00
	Water pitch with electricity and awning space	£1600.00
	Winter storage (29 October 2006 to 29th March 2007) NB: Storage is only offered to full seasonal customers	£200.00
Mini	Standard pitch (as Above) 29th March - 30th June	£700
	Standard pitch (as Above) 1st September - 28th October	£500
NB: We cannot offer storage facilities during July and August
£100 deposit is due on booking the balance of fees is due by 1 March 2008

           

CONDITIONS
Seasonal pitches are for recreational use only (not residential).  Caravans up to a maximum overall length of 6m can be accepted.

The caravan must be of good appearance and adequately equipped and maintained.   A hitch lock and / or wheel clamp must be fitted. 
Awnings may be erected, but must be secured in case of high winds or ideally taken down when caravan is empty.  
No additional pup tents will be allowed. 
One car may be parked on the pitch.  An additional car may be parked in the main car park.
Electric cables must be taken in when caravan is empty. 
Only the number of persons for which the outfit is designed may sleep in it, plus up to two people in an awning.
 Friends and family may use your caravan at no extra charge on completion of an authority letter (authority letters will be supplied to you for this purpose).   You must accept no payment or reward for the use of your caravan by friends and family.

An outfit is pitched entirely at the caravan owner’s risk.  MacBennet Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the outfit or contents thereof, howsoever caused, nor be under any obligation to take any steps whatsoever to protect the outfit or the said contents.
