A Caravan Holiday Home is your chance to own a real home from home. The fully serviced Holiday Homes nestle in the most peaceful and sheltered part of Wood Farm making it the perfect retreat from a busy life.
The park is open for 2010 from 25 March until 31 October giving seven months open season. Most of the holiday homes are situated in an old orchard and are all connected to the main services. Six of the holiday homes are situated in our new area (Ewe Turn) with lake views.
The site fees for the 2010 season
For a home up to 30ft long the fee is £1596.00
For a home 30ft or longer the fee is £1928.00
For holiday homes in the Ewe Turn area the fee is £2506.00
These figures include VAT, winterisation, rates, water, park maintenance, rubbish collection and electricity availability charge. Electricity is individually metered.
Comprehensive insurance ranges from £190 to £320 per year.
